Our VA District has a great tradition of gathering our offerings together during The Great Gathering for a Nazarene Compassionate Ministries Project. This year our offering will honor Rod & Sarah Reed and their 25 years of Missionary service in East Africa by supporting the continuance of their life’s work in East Africa.

This offering will be collected at our Great Gathering June 24 & 25, 2025 and will go directly to support Education to all ages in our churches as well as to help Africa Nazarene University. 

Rod and Sarah share their testimony as follows: "Serving God in East Africa has been a Great Adventure! We are so blessed to have worked with and taught some of the most wonderful people on this earth. Yet, there are major challenges in Africa that cry out for solutions that only God can provide. We are honored to have been given a chance to be part of God’s solution.”
